Personal Training with a Fitness Instructor provides you with professional workout
coaching and instruction tailored to your personal fitness needs and goals.

Personal Training is used for general fitness; cardiovascular fitness;
strength training; functional training; body
building; sport specific training;
pre-hab (injury intervention) training; post-rehab conditioning.
Our team of fitness professionals is highly educated and experienced in physical
fitness. Fitness Instructors have a strong understanding of the functions
and vital processes of the human body so they can effectively design and
deliver physical fitness training programs.
They are knowledgeable in health promotion and programming at all stages of
growth and development to meet the needs of various clients.

Education
All Fitness
Instructors on our staff hold either a Bachelors or Masters Degree in a
health/fitness-related field: Exercise Science; Athletic Training; Physical
Education; Sports and Recreation; Psychology; Health Promotion; Exercise
Physiology.
Certifications and Extended Education
All Fitness
Instructors have continued their studies through various nationally recognized
organizations to enhance their knowledge in many specialty areas: Nutrition
Counseling; Weight Management; Strength Conditioning; Body Building; Sports
Specific/Athletic Training; Performance Enhancement Training; Functional
Training; Post-Rehab Conditioning; Pilates Training; Team Sports Coaching;
Programming for Special Populations; Group Exercise Leadership Specialties. All Instructors
are CPR and AED certified.
Single Client Sessions
- 1-3 Sessions: $30 per session
- 4-7 Sessions: $27 per session
- 8+ Sessions: $25 per session
- 30+ receives 10% discount off of the $25 rate
Buddy Sessions - Buddy sessions are ideal for two clients with similar goals and needs.
- 1-3 Sessions: $45 per session; $22.50 per person
- 4-7 Sessions: $39 per session; $19.50 per person
- 8+ Sessions: $35 per session; $17.50 per person
Discount Terms for Session Packages Over 3
- If you purchase
more than 3 sessions at a time it will be considered a package and you will
receive a discount for each session according to the above fee schedule.
- You will
receive the discounted price at the time of purchase only.
- If you add on to
your package, at a later date, the price for the additional sessions reverts back to the original
fee schedule. EXAMPLE: If you decide to add 3
sessions to your already purchased package, the cost of those 3 sessions
will be $30 each.
Sessions are 60 minutes - Please don't be late!
- Please be dressed
and ready to train at the time you are scheduled to insure you get your full 60
minute training session
- If a session
begins late due to client tardiness, it will still end at the time it
was scheduled to end, and the client will not receive a full 60 minute session.
These minutes cannot be made up
Expiration
- Sessions expire after 3 consecutive calendar months.
- If you purchase 1 session, you will have 3 months to use it.
- If you purchase
2-8 sessions you will have 3 months from the date of the first session to
use all 8 sessions.
- Larger packages will be prorated accordingly.
- Exceptions may be made at the discretion of your trainer.
Cancellation
- Client must cancel
24 hours in advance or they will forfeit the session.
No-Show
- Client will
forfeit the session.
Emergency
- Rescheduling will
be at the Trainer’s discretion.
Refund
- A refund will be
issued for unavoidable circumstances such as: medical or relocation.
