Simple, comprehensive cholesterol testing is available at the Rec Center for the low cost of $15 for Rec Center Members and $20 for non-Rec Center members.

• TC/HDL Ratio
• Glucose

Test can be done fasting (no food or drink except water for 9-12 hours) or non-fasting.

Fasting is required for accurate triglyceride, glucose and LDL levels. You can fast or not fast before your test.

We recommend that you fast before your test, to get accurate results in ALL the categories, and also schedule subsequent tests at the same time of day and under the same circumstances.
