To test your strength, the Rockwell Collins Rec Center offers 2 programs just for you! The Bench Press Club and The Pound for Pound Challenge are for members who strive to lift weights and want to find out how strong they are, factoring in their bodyweight.

BENCH PRESS CLUB

The Bench Press Club is a way to monitor your bench press. Members have the chance to earn awards each quarter for percentage of body weight lifted, most improved lift, and most decreased bodyfat percentage. The Bench Press Club begins every January and lifts are held quarterly (Jan-Apr-July-Oct). You may join the Bench Press Club at any quarter.

POUND FOR POUND CHALLENGE

The Pound for Pound Challenge is a way to see how well rounded of a lifter you are. Eight different lifts are performed while a percentage of bodyweight is accumulated for each lift. Lifts are held once a year.
